At 8 Sheep Organics, we want you to feel as comfortable in our organic apparel as you do in your own skin. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags are still attached and the garment is free of wear.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
